Japan Grand Prix

Dear Contestants, Parents, and Teachers,

It is my pleasure to announce Japan Grand Prix-IBC 2026, now celebrating its 24th year as a unique international ballet competition since its founding in 2002.
Since its inception, Japan Grand Prix-IBC has been distinguished by its exceptional panel of international judges, continuing to evolve and expand over the years. JGP-IBC 2026 will welcome 17 international judges, maintaining its position as the only ballet competition composed exclusively of international adjudicators. Through their participation, apprentice and trainee positions, as well as educational opportunities, are awarded to talented dancers by ballet companies and schools throughout Europe, Oceania, Canada, and the United States.
